Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: In the case when you get an item which is faulty, broken, or what is not stated you can ask to get a refund or substitute. This should be represented within 7 days of delivery and the product should be in the original packaging and should be unused.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: In case we will send you a wrong item we will refund you or replace it completely. Write to us any time during 7 days after delivery.
  • Non-Delivery: in case the order does not arrive within the time we estimate to deliver the product because of our mistake, you are free to choose either full refund or reshipping.
  • Change of Mind: We have a refund policy to accept non-defective goods within 7 days of delivery which come unused, in original state and in original packaging. Those who want a refund or replacement cannot get:
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Customized or personalized products, unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service department within 7 days of getting your order by email at support@phonesparess.in or by phone at 7678140079. State your order number, the description of the concern, and photos (if there are any) of unsound decisions or badly made products.
  2. Return Authorization: We would look into your request and give you a return authorization in case it passes. Non-bona fide returns are not going to be made.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the product to address given, and ensure all the original packaging, accessories and documentation are returned. The customer is also responsible of shipping costs of non-defective returns without consent.
  4. Inspection: As soon as the returned object is received and checked we shall inform you about approval or refusal of your reimbursement or exchange claim.

Refund Processing

  • Approved Refunds: In case of approval, refunds are allowed as per within 7-10 business days and returns to the original mode of payment. The refund will reflect in your account within an extra 3-5 of the business days depending on your bank or payment company.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping charges are not refundable in case of a normal cash back unless we have made an error (e.g. shipped the wrong item or an item that was defective).
  • Restocking Fee: In change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee can be subtracted to the refund.

Exchanges

Should you be the type of customer who would like to substitute a faulty or wrong product, we shall send you a similar product provided it is available at no extra charges. In the event that the item you will receive as a replacement costs more, you will pay the difference.

Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments

In case your order was lost or did not arrive because of a mistake made by our shipping partner, you should send us a request, within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will look into and in case it is confirmed, we do refund the full amount or replace the order free of charge.
